Edited. I believe this type of businesses is exactly what we need, instead of a consuming society for brand new items, we can give second life to good furniture. I don't give 5 stars because we had some issues with Logistics. I am sorry for them as they had to do 3 trips to deliver 3 items instead of having delivered them all together. I do understand this things can happen, and along with the service recovery they did, I hope the business thrives. I highly recommend, though, paying more attention to the logistics part, in my case I was very upset having to wait three times for my items. Luckily all was delivered, and the Customer Service was very good from the beginning to the end.
